Several of the member groups in AWASA have attempted to provide a list of "pet-friendly" housing resources in the greater
Tucson area during the last few years. This is a very time consuming process, and is virtually impossible to keep up to date.
One of our members has found an on-line resource for this information, called ForRent.com. It may not be the only such site
on the Internet and AWASA cannot make a recommendation for its use or attest to its completeness. However, it is an alternative
that gives more up to date information than our current resources permit us to provide. You may try this site by clicking on the link
below. Here are the steps to follow once you are there:
1. Enter city and state, price range and number of bedrooms.
2. Click on Select Amenities
3. Enter Beds, Baths, Rental Range, Property Type and then click on any other
amenities that you are looking for, paying particular attention to click on the
"Pets Allowed" amenity.
4. Click on Results and then a list of the properties that meet your requirements will be displayed.
5. Select an apartment that you are interested in and when it comes up scroll
down to their "Pet Policy" section and you will find the details regarding pets for that specific apartment.
